SPEAKER: Don DeRosa.  Don is a real estate entrepreneur, author, teacher and coach.  He has trained thousands of new and experienced investors how to generate current income and build long term wealth in real estate using the creative deal structuring techniques that have made him so successful. 

TOPIC: The Keys and Tools to Structure Winning Deals!  Tonight's meeting will give us a look at Don's practical approach to running a "real" real estate business.  His  knowledge of creative techniques, experience in today's market, and use of today's tools and technology make it possible for him to structure deals for even greater profit!  Don has been managing his entire business from his iPad for the last few years. This one tool has allowed him to accelerate his success… spending even more time out in the field meeting with sellers and making deals. Come get some ideas you can use and get a glimpse into Don's business tonight. Then make sure to join us April 6th for the all day workshop with Don.

At the early bird session tonight starting at 5:30PM, Steve Smullin will teach us about "Ways to Manage Real Estate Risk."  Steve is a commercial real estate broker and investor and long time CCIA member. He has an all day program coming up on April 27th. During the early session we will also have an brief update on current legislation that is in the works in Springfield. There are proposed laws on smoke detector batteries, landlord licensing, requirement for dealing with tenants after foreclosure, crime free housing, and much more.

From the South: Take Interstate 355 North to the Butterfield Road exit; turn right and go east on Butterfield Road (Route 56.) At the fourth stoplight, just past the Yorktown Mall, turn left onto Maxant Drive (Technology Drive is the green street sign) to get on campus. There is a lake on the left hand side of the drive and the conference center is at the end of the lake.
